三元前驱体装置由反应釜、蠕动泵、在线PH控制系统、控温循环装置四部分组成。采用PLC+触摸屏控制；反应釜由不锈钢316L和玻璃两种材质；夹套+保温设计；采用机械搅拌、搅拌转速50-500r/min转/分可调；采用双层推进式搅拌桨，混合速度快，分散效果好；计量泵可实现连续进液；led数字显示泵头转速，加料速率可调；可设置定时功能；在线ph自动控制系统，稳定性高，耐酸碱腐蚀；控温循环装置，通过夹套控温，控温范围30-70ºC正负0.5ºC；采用PLC+触摸屏控制，实现在线监控反应器内温度、压力、搅拌速度、加料速率、用户只用输入设定值，就可以实现无人值守自动反应，避免长达48h的专门看守和手动调节波动造成的产品性能下降。
